I am a dedicated personal trainer and nutrition coach with a profound commitment to overall health and wellbeing. My journey in the world of fitness began after my college days, fueled by a lifelong participation in competitive sports. Over the past 8 years, I've been on a continuous pursuit to discover what truly works for me in the gym, both in terms of enjoyment and effectiveness. Fitness, for me, is not just a routine; it's an ongoing journey of self-discovery and improvement.

Hi, I’m Daniella!

As a type 1 diabetic since the age of 7, I've faced the daily challenges of living with a chronic illness head-on.

Instead of letting it hinder me, I've used it as a catalyst to seize control of my health, becoming the best version of myself through dedicated fitness and nutrition.

I understand the struggles, the triumphs, and the satisfaction that comes from overcoming obstacles, which makes me a motivating guide for those either well-versed in fitness or just starting their journey.

Over the past several years, I've learned and embraced the power of weightlifting,

witnessing firsthand the incredible impact it can have on both physical and mental wellbeing. While weightlifting is the main focus of my own training routine, I believe in the power of trying new workouts and methods to keep things exciting and effective. I’m always eager to learn and incorporate new methods into my client programs.

As I explore the realms of weightlifting, new workouts and methods, I'm also expanding my expertise to embrace a holistic approach to health and wellness. Currently, I'm deep-diving into courses to become a certified specialist in hormone health and gut health. My commitment to education is a testament to my dedication to providing a comprehensive and well-rounded experience for my clients.
